Responsibilities
Review drawings and project information to write and edit specifications
Assemble final specification documents and issue as needed
Develop custom specification sections
Support quality control review processes
Coordinate specification schedules with internal staff and clients
Research products, manufacturers, and codes related to specifications
Maintain sample and reference library
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in an Architectural/Engineering firm
Proficiency in MasterSpec and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Autodesk Suite
Preferred
Licensed Architect preferred
Experience working with CSI principles
Strong problem-solving skills
