Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for attorneys and staff seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional technical support while maintaining strict confidentiality of client and firm information
Set up and manage users, computers, and printers in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Support attorney and staff workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and copiers
Provide basic network-level support, including WAN and LAN connectivity
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook/Exchange, and firm hardware
Assess issues, determine appropriate solutions, and resolve matters efficiently to minimize downtime
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior IT personnel as needed
Document support requests, resolutions, and procedures in accordance with firm standards

Required

1+ year of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting computer equipment, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment, or comparable education and/or certifications
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and printer/scanner/copier support
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with attorneys and staff
High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements in a legal environment
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines
Ability to travel to any firm location as needed
