Responsibilities
Review and interpret production schedules to ensure timely execution
Accurately read and interpret job tickets, pulling the correct materials such as inks, plates, and dies
Work closely with the Plate Mounter to manage plates and cylinders effectively
Install and manage die and anilox rollers, maintaining proper ink and color control
Conduct quality control checks on press and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and job tickets accurately
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift items over 50 pounds, and perform active tasks throughout the shift
Preferred
2-5 years of industry experience preferred
