General Manager
Exhibition Hub Holdings, LLC is a global producer of large-scale, immersive 'edutainment' exhibitions, welcoming millions of visitors worldwide. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of an Exhibition Hub venue, leading day-to-day operations, staff management, guest experience, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on-site operations and staff
Hire, train, schedule, and develop management and guest services teams
Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints
Oversee health, safety, and security compliance
Manage labor, payroll, expenses, and site-level budgets
Act as the final escalation point for guest and operational issues
Coordinate with technical, IT, and production teams
Support exhibition load-ins, load-outs, and special events
Represent Exhibition Hub professionally with partners and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, tourism, retail, or attractions
Proven leadership in high-volume, guest-facing environments
Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move throughout the venue
