This role supports project managers by providing accurate reporting, financial controls, and system administration within ERP and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and integrate detailed project schedules into a master schedule across all project phases
Prepare and update project reports, including schedule summaries, performance metrics, cash flow forecasts, and status updates
Maintain project data systems, including capital and operating project information
Assign budgets, project managers, and related project data within system platforms
Coordinate with project managers and functional teams to ensure accurate project information, priorities, and status updates
Provide system training and user support as needed
Maintain financial and document controls to ensure accuracy in project cost allocations
Support Finance, Tax, Asset Accounting, and other departments with project controls and reporting
Initiate and maintain project records within the ERP system
Load and validate project estimates for closeout procedures
Prepare project audit summaries, closeout documentation, and data requests
Create and run queries and customized reports
Participate in monthly system meetings, support enhancements, and document new procedures
Produce status reports for active and completed projects, including operating and maintenance cost updates
Facilitate monthly project review meetings with functional leaders and project managers
Support regulatory filings by compiling project data and performing variance analysis against approved budgets
Coordinate and support internal and external audits of capital and operating costs
Perform project cost and customer agreement pricing analysis as required
Ensure compliance with company policies, codes, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost analysis
Hands-on experience with Primavera (P6 or equivalent) required
Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience in utilities, construction, or capital project environments
Knowledge of project closeout procedures, audits, and regulatory reporting
Familiarity with cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems and project financial data preferred
