SLB Executive Administrator & Office Manager (PA II).

The State of Colorado's Department of Natural Resources is seeking an Executive Administrator & Office Manager to provide comprehensive program and office support. This role involves managing agency administration, supporting Board relations, assisting the Director, and handling data management and communications.

Responsibilities

Agency administration
Board relations and support

Data management/transaction processing
Communications implementation and delivery
Processing a large volume of hard copy mail that involves digital transformation to communicate and/or support transactions
Providing administrative and technical support for the agency’s Outreach and Communications unit
Performing agency fleet coordinator duties, including procurement of vehicles, facilitating maintenance of Denver based vehicles, and creating and implementing best management practices

Required

Five (5) years of experience in an office environment performing the daily onsite responsibilities that support effective office management and administration
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to five (5) years. Related degrees would include paralegal studies, business administration, or communications
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Organized and professional, with a strong self-motivated work ethic
Dependable and trustworthy, uses good judgment and problem solving
Adaptable and open to change, contributes with a positive attitude

Preferred

Current or former State experience relevant to this position
Two (2) years of experience providing administrative and operational support to a professional Board
Two (2) years of experience planning and coordinating onsite office functions and offsite travel logistics
Two (2) years of experience providing executive assistance to senior leadership
Proficiency in workplace applications of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
