Conduit is building a crypto-native cloud platform aimed at scaling Ethereum through innovative rollup technology. The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with the Head of Product to develop and optimize rollup stack offerings, ensuring efficient functionality and support for emerging L2s.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize the rollup stack offerings and customizations made possible by our leading Rollup-as-a-Service platform
Develop product customizations that create entirely new or more efficient functionality
Help expand our support for emerging L2s
Quickly obtain a deep technical understanding
Quickly create proof-of-concepts to validate entirely new approaches
Identify the most important problems to solve

Required

5+ years developer experience with Golang
2+ years working in the web3 space
Ideally developing smart contracts and/or developing node software
2+ years working in production with infrastructure tools or cloud DevOps experience: GCP, AWS, kubernetes

Preferred

Familiarity with multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Golang, Rust, and Solidity
A strong background in distributed systems, cryptography, and network protocols
Have some experience hacking on the various rollups, understand the underlying components, and have opinions about the various trade-offs of those components and platforms
Have some experience with hacking on EVM node software
