Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Procurement Center of Excellence, driving transformation and digital enablement
Establish and enforce procurement policies, standards, and regulatory compliance while optimizing processes and automation
Develop performance metrics, benchmark against peers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Manage and mentor a high-performing procurement team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and succession planning
Oversee procurement systems, tools, and data analytics to enhance efficiency, transparency, and strategic decision-making
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and partner with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business needs
Deliver training programs, maintain procurement resources, and communicate standards across the enterprise
Mentor and provide oversight to employees/teams
Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects
Recommend, develop and implement new policies and procedures, or modifications to existing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain
Proven leadership in building and managing a Procurement CoE or similar function
Strong knowledge of procurement technologies and digital transformation
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management leadership skills
Experience in global procurement environments and cross-functional collaboration
Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)
Familiarity with ESG, supplier diversity, and risk management frameworks
