This role provides onsite oversight, technical support, and coordination to ensure high quality manufacturing performance in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Person in Plant overseeing drug product manufacturing activities
Support the main point of contact for all communications related to onsite drug product operations
Oversee and support exception management during manufacturing
Provide technical oversight for small molecule drug product manufacturing including granulation, blending, compression and coating
Participate in FMEA and other risk based evaluations to assess and improve process performance
Deliver onsite project management support to maintain timelines and enable risk based decision making
Act as the onsite liaison, escalating issues when needed and aligning cross functional teams to ensure product quality and timely availability for downstream processing

Required

Seven to ten years of experience in a Quality or Technical function within pharmaceutical manufacturing
Strong knowledge of GMP for small molecule drug product operations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Experience collaborating with CMC, Regulatory, MSAT and Quality teams across countries and time zones
Ability to evaluate quality risk and apply appropriate mitigation strategies
Strong time management, communication and problem solving abilities
Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite
Bachelor of Science in a relevant scientific discipline
