Responsibilities

Draft documents for visa applications, petitions, applications for permanent residence, labor certification applications and other immigrant and non-immigrant related filings
Communicate verbally and in writing with business and individual clients and coworkers
Analyze and review case details to determine future actions
Assist with online application processes, including in PERM, FLAG and CEAC databases and consular processing of immigrant petitions through NVC
Liaise with government agencies including USCIS, CBP, DOS and DOL
Gather and analyze evidence, review and organize information and files and conduct quality assurance review of filings
Revise job descriptions, client advisories related to developments in the field and other written communication pieces
Assemble application and petition packages and files with USCIS and other agencies
Coordinate translation of various documents across a wide range of languages
Perform administrative duties related to new client intake
Maintain calendar of filing deadlines, processing times, etc. and manage caseload
Focus on professional development and stay informed on immigration law trends and news, sharing information with others
Work as part of a team and assist coworkers, as needed

Strong interest in business immigration law
Willingness to undergo psychometric testing
Ability to draft documents for visa applications, petitions, applications for permanent residence, labor certification applications and other immigrant and non-immigrant related filings
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with business and individual clients and coworkers
Ability to analyze and review case details to determine future actions
