Sr Specialist Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience, from application to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
Support high-volume hiring for bargained roles while ensuring compliance with union agreements, labor relations guidelines, and organizational policies
Conduct detailed reviews of bargaining contracts to ensure recruitment processes align with contractual obligations
Maintain strong attention to detail when managing labor-related documentation and processes
Manage administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation, while executing high-volume hiring across multiple business units
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring for critical roles
Support event management for hiring initiatives, such as job fairs or virtual hiring events
Apply in-depth knowledge of recruitment practices to resolve moderately complex challenges
Work independently on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with General Managers and other senior leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of related experience in talent acquisition and HR
Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and interpreting bargaining contracts
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume hiring demands
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and union representatives
Analytical mindset to track and report on recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
Experience with Workday is highly desirable
