Qualification
Required
10+ years professional experience, with expertise in application architecture and system design
Strong background in microservices, API design, and event-driven systems
Experience modernizing legacy tech stacks and providing technical architecture to support digital transformation efforts
Experience/knowledge of AI/ML and their practical integration into applications
Strong experience designing and optimizing databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or similar)
Clear progression from hands-on software engineer with backend expertise, to tech leadership focused on architecture and design (Less focused on people management)
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working with C-level and speaking with boards on new developments and digital transformation initiatives
Expertise with cloud-native architecture and AWS cloud services
Preferred
Advanced degree in IT, Computer Science or STEM related field
Demonstraed experience working with medium-sized organization and being in the driver seat for a digital transformation, from an application architecture and AI/ML perspective
Background with .NET and AWS
