Senior Education & Training Coordinator - Fire Safety Research Institute

The Senior Education and Training Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of educational and training programs, collaborating with researchers and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training materials.

Responsibilities
Design and create training materials, curriculum, and resources. Ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives and audience needs
Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to identify training needs and goals. Conduct assessments and surveys to determine gaps in knowledge and skills
Assist in delivering training sessions, whether in-person or virtually. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement
Help manage the training budget effectively and allocate resources. Identify cost-effective solutions for delivering training programs
Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and external partners. Communicate with management to ensure alignment with organizational strategies
Ensure that training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain high-quality standards in training content and delivery
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in supporting the design and development of training programs
Ability to identify training needs and collaborate on strategies to address them
Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate training initiatives efficiently
Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and convey training concepts clearly
Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
Capability to assist in managing training budgets efficiently
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to education and training
Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, coordinators, and subject matter experts
Proficiency with e-learning platforms, software, and tools for training support
Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends in education and training to ensure program relevance
Bachelor's degree in education, Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, training, or instructional design
