Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Coordinate with stakeholders and other delivery teams
Track and report team performance metrics
Support integration of Agile practices across programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship (required). Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher background investigation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
Preferred
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)
Experience supporting federal IT programs
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
Experience working with AI or software development teams
