Responsibilities
Trade Capture & Booking: Process third-party trade executions across equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX, and commodities, ensuring accurate and timely booking
End-to-End Trade Lifecycle Support: Monitor trade flow including confirmations, settlements, and issue resolution across operational and risk workflows
Risk Monitoring & Controls: Track trading policies, position limits, and operational controls while supporting daily risk reporting and exception escalation
Reconciliations & Broker Coordination: Reconcile trades against broker records, investigate discrepancies, and support reconciliation automation initiatives
Derivative & Reporting Support: Manage OTC confirmations and option lifecycle events while preparing operational and risk reports for investment and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required
3-6 years of trade, middle office, or investment operations experience within a hedge fund, investment bank, fund administrator, or asset manager
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes across multiple asset classes, including derivatives and OTC instruments
Advanced Excel skills required
Highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced investment environment
Preferred
Progress toward CFA, MBA, or other relevant financial or technical certifications strongly preferred
Experience working with trade capture systems, portfolio management platforms, or reconciliation tools preferred
