Responsibilities
Administer and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms including Jamf , Microsoft Intune , and Automox
Manage device lifecycle activities such as enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, and decommissioning
Package, deploy, and maintain applications for macOS and Windows environments
Handle end-user support tickets related to device issues, application installs, access, and compliance
Monitor device health, security posture, and patch levels; remediate issues proactively
Collaborate with IT and Security teams to enforce policies, improve automation, and enhance endpoint standards
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of MDM operations
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience administering Jamf (Jamf Pro preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune for Windows and device compliance
Experience with Automox or similar patch management tools
Solid understanding of macOS and Windows endpoint management
Experience packaging applications and deploying updates via MDM tools
Comfortable working ticket queues and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
Familiarity with zero-touch deployment, device compliance frameworks, and security baselines
Experience working in SaaS or high-growth environments
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
