They are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform basic product and process inspections to ensure conformance with company quality standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspections under established procedures and guidance
Identify and report product or process non-conformances
Support manufacturing and quality teams by providing inspection feedback
Follow documented quality system procedures and work instructions
Escalate quality concerns to the Quality Manager or designated lead as needed
Perform routine inspections on products, components, and materials
Use basic measuring and inspection tools (training provided)
Accurately record inspection results and findings
Complete inspection checklists and reports as required
Follow established quality control procedures and safety guidelines
Ensure inspected products meet defined specifications
Identify defects or non-conformances and communicate findings promptly
Work with production personnel to support issue resolution
Participate in on-the-job training related to quality inspection methods
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes, tools, and quality concepts
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Entry-level position; prior quality or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail
Willingness and eagerness to learn quality inspection processes
Basic communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to follow instructions and work procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
