Responsibilities
Data Center Operations designs, installs & maintains the world’s largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure
You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers
The Datacenter Technician may be the primary point of contact for both internal customers (for example: Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, etc..) and external customers (Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers among others)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
1+ years of computer networking experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Preferred
Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
