Responsibilities
Set up production stations according to job specifications
Operate air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components
Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames
Use tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass
Fabricate and hang sashes
Perform quality checks on assembled products
Load and prepare items for shipping and production
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow company quality standards and standard operating procedures
Lead and support team efforts as needed
Participate in OSHA safety training and follow all PPE & JSA guidelines
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Good work ethic with consistent attendance
Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
Preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
