Construction

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field staff, and stakeholders
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards
Monitor project progress, costs, and performance metrics
Prepare detailed project estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages
Assist with procurement planning, subcontractor coordination, and vendor selection
Support value engineering and cost optimization efforts
Coordinate procurement, expediting, and construction logistics
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulations
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures
Work closely with field teams, engineers, clients, and leadership
Provide regular project updates and resolve challenges proactively

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
