Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Content Managers and Specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
Set strategy and standards for digital product content across CES websites, including specifications, images, categorization, and SEO
Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, high-quality product representation
Oversee category management, content workflow, and project prioritization to optimize efficiency and output
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and drive initiatives to improve accuracy, discoverability, and conversions
Establish and maintain governance, standards, and documentation for all digital content processes
Drive continuous improvement in team operations, technology usage, and content management practices
Ensure alignment with CES brand standards, e-commerce goals, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or a related field required
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital content, e-commerce, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering digital content initiatives
Strong understanding of CMS platforms, product information management, and SEO/SEM best practices
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strategic thinker with operational execution capabilities
Expert knowledge of digital content management, e-commerce platforms, and content governance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other MS Office products
