Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities
Manage discovery (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs) and document production, including e-discovery
Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Handle state and federal court filings and litigation calendaring
Conduct factual investigations, record reviews, and prepare case summaries
Support trial preparation (exhibits, witness lists, trial notebooks, logistics)
Maintain digital client files, track time daily, and meet billing requirements
Provide administrative, client intake, and business development support as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures (California & Federal preferred)
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, legal research tools, and practice management software
Excellent organization, communication, multitasking, and follow-through skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage 40–50 active matters
Dedicated, distraction-free home office
Ability to work standard PST business hours
Proven job stability and experience supporting multiple attorneys
