Responsibilities

Coordinate the movement of raw materials, media, buffers, reagents, consumables, and WIP materials between manufacturing, QC, and Custom Team
Assist with QC sample labeling, chain-of-custody documentation, and transfer between labs, QC, and Inventory Control for testing and retest samples
Maintain material status in Tulip, FileMaker and SAP
Coordinate with Inventory Control team to locate missing materials and accurately update inventory in SAP
Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature‑sensitive or controlled materials (e.g., 2–8°C, -20°C, -80°C, etc.)
Monitor equipment calibration due dates and coordinate with the Instrumentation team to ensure timely calibration and minimize downtime
Manage Kanban inventory of materials and consumables and inform Buyers when restocking is required
May support preparation and aliquoting of stock solutions for conjugation workflows
May perform in‑process analytical testing—including SDS‑PAGE and LAL assays for endotoxin detection—in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirements
May support media preparation and aliquoting for cell culture using aseptic techniques
May support CNC routine cleaning and documentation
Must actively promote a strong safety culture by following all safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines, and by identifying and reporting potential hazards or non‑compliance. Participates in Environmental Health and Safety programs. Addresses corrective actions whenever a hazard is identified. Notifies supervisors of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices

Required

High school diploma or GED
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Intermediate computer skills
Perform intermediate math calculations

Preferred

Experience with SAP is desired
1-3 years relevant work experience in a life science industry is preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Effective communication across cross‑functional teams
Ability to prioritize in fast‑paced manufacturing environments
Reliability, ownership, and proactive problem‑solving
Experience using pipettes, serological pipettes, and other common laboratory liquid‑handling tools
Experience with aseptic technique is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
