Responsibilities

Integrate applicable cybersecurity requirements into Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) programs
Evaluate Performer implementation of those requirements
Serve as a strategic technical advisor to ARPA-H
Help conceptualize, create, and execute advanced government-funded research and development programs
Work with world-class scientists and engineers to support the development of high-impact solutions
Leverage technical expertise to provide strategic assessments of new technologies
Produce and present findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients
Assist with the management of current programs
Facilitate the commercialization of successfully developed technologies
Help clients to develop stakeholder management strategies
Establish new business processes
Complete research and analysis to determine viable solutions
Manage incoming requirements
Facilitate engagements within offices and across the Agency
Shift focus to fulfill emerging client requests

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience with cybersecurity in the federal government
Experience with the federal contracting process
Experience evaluating organizations against NIST cybersecurity requirements
Experience interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED

Preferred

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
CISSP or CISM Certification
