Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis of analog and digital electronic circuits
Interpret electrical schematics and understand component-level circuit functionality
Identify common failure modes of electronic components and assemblies
Design, build, and assemble prototype circuits and test fixtures as needed
Document quality issues, test results, and performance metrics for management review
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external vendors when required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
Understanding of electronic circuit design and analysis principles
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to learn quickly in a technical environment
Preferred
Zero to three years of experience in failure analysis or electronics troubleshooting
Experience documenting quality or engineering data in a regulated environment
Exposure to prototype development or test fixture assembly
