Responsibilities

Conducts troubleshooting, maintenance, and operations of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, networking, and servers
Supports ongoing projects related to data center buildout and upgrades
Collaborates with vendors and colocation providers to ensure infrastructure uptime and performance standards are met
Participates in shift rotations to maintain 24/7 operational coverage, demonstrating flexibility for any shift schedule
Utilizes ITSM/DCIM platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, and NetBox to document and manage work orders and infrastructure data

Required

10+ years of experience in data center compute operations, facilities, or infrastructure engineering, or a degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Hands-on experience with servers, networking, and structured cabling
Working knowledge of electrical systems including transformers, PDU, UPS, switchgear, and generators
Understanding of cooling systems including CRAC/CRAH units, CDUs, cooling towers, chillers, and containment environments
Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible)
