Vivant is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to drive commercial telecom projects from signed agreement to final billing. This role involves managing carriers, vendors, and clients while ensuring timely installations and accurate billing.

Verify client info, confirm carrier contracts, and flag risks before they become problems

Own the timeline. Order parts, schedule installs, submit ports, and push carriers to meet their commitments

Ensure a clean handoff. Coordinate legacy disconnects and verify that billing is 100% accurate

Help us scale by creating SOPs and workflows in Utiliko

Qualification

Commercial Telecom experienceCarrier KnowledgeNumber porting expertiseMicrosoft Office proficiencyProblem-solving mindset

Required

2+ years in Commercial Telecom (not residential)

Direct experience working with ISPs like AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Comcast, or Cox

Deep understanding of number porting (LOA, FOC, rejections)

A 'problem-solver' who thinks beyond scripts and doesn't drop tasks when hitting a roadblock

Expertise in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain flawless documentation
