Responsibilities
Prompt Library Development:
Curate and test AI prompts requested by the team
Document prompt effectiveness and suggest improvements
AI Agent Testing & QA:
Assist in QA testing for agents
Log issues, validate troubleshooting workflows, and report findings
Knowledge Hub Maintenance
Update the GPM AI Briefing Room Teams channel with training links, tips, and success stories
Assist in GPM AI Playbook creation
Qualification
Required
Related degree in progress
Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situations
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement
