Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining category strategies, including direction, goals, supplier strategy, and execution plans
Leading or supporting contract negotiations
Managing supplier relationships, performance, and continuous improvements
Identifying and executing initiatives that optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
Engaging with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align priorities
Managing the supplier base and maintaining strong external market contacts
Acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and colleagues
Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and sustainability targets
Supporting sourcing activities for hard and soft services, utilities, and lease‑related topics

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and learn new areas fast
Team‑oriented approach combined with accountability and ownership
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Preferred

Procurement experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, and hard & soft services
Experience in lease negotiations, and energy or utility contracting
Background working with FM, maintenance, or utility service provider
