Responsibilities
You’ll have the autonomy to define your own call/work plan for the year
You’ll travel about 50% of the time
You’ll act as the senior escalation contact for client service issues
You’ll participate in the development of new products and network enhancements to provide additional revenue opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
7+ years' experience in the EFT industry
5+ years' experience in sales and relationship management involving financial institutions, data processors, ATMs and a card base commercial lending environment
Extensive knowledge of the EFT Industry, especially related to processing
Extensive knowledge of relationship management methodology
Advanced knowledge of Bank products, operations/product delivery system, banking applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent PC and software package skills and on-line system experience
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to lead, motivate, and promote team building
