Responsibilities

Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer, network, and peripheral problems for LGI Homes
Resolve tickets in a prompt and courteous manner
Use diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and report issue and repairs through the Helpdesk system
Support security by ensuring all potential threats detected by scans are remedied and documented
Configure Active Directory accounts
Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment

Desktop SupportCompTIA A+Microsoft Windows 10Ticketing SystemsTechnical DocumentationMicrosoft Office365ITIL

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
one year of experience in Desktop Support

Preferred

one year of experience in Desktop Support is highly preferred for this role
CompTIA A+ certification is preferred
knowledge of ticketing systems
ability to write clear and thorough technical documentation
Familiarity with Microsoft Office365
configuration and support of Microsoft Windows 10
desktop/laptop, software and hardware and ITIL is a plus
