Lead daily underwriting execution across programs and authority guidelines
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing underwriting team
Serve as escalation point for complex risks and portfolio decision-making
Partner with carrier markets, MGAs, and agents to expand appetite and performance
Drive underwriting workflow improvement through technology and platform enablement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of commercial underwriting experience (E&S preferred)
Prior underwriting team leadership experience
Strong technical underwriting background in commercial P&C
Ability to manage portfolio-level performance and carrier expectations
Preferred
Experience in MGA, wholesale, or marketplace environments a plus
