Responsibilities

Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as machining, welding, brazing and assembly of complex aerospace components
Knowledge of industry specifications such as AWS D17.1 and AMS2750
Familiar with GD&T concepts and symbols
Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven track record of continuous improvement and project execution
Familiar with NX or similar CAD software
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

Preferred

Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering), EE (Electrical Engineering), IE (Industrial Engineer) or Manufacturing Engineer
Experience in driving process improvements and achieving results
Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions
Strong project management skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
