2+ years expeTeam is seeking a Senior Analyst to support content consumer insights for TV and streaming platforms. The role focuses on executing primary research and translating audience data into clear, actionable storytelling across the content lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Execute quantitative and qualitative research including pilot/episode testing, creative evaluations, early-stage concepts, and ongoing series tracking
Manage day-to-day research operations with external vendors, ensuring timelines, data quality, and methodological rigor
Analyze audience behavior, identify key trends and drivers, and explain both what is happening and why
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support time-sensitive business decisions
Monitor the TV and streaming competitive landscape to inform content and strategy decisions
Integrate primary research with behavioral, social, and performance data for holistic insights
Present insights through clear, visual, and narrative-driven storytelling to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in consumer insights or market research
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
Strong interest in TV, streaming, and audience behavior
Proficiency in data visualization, analysis, and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field
