They are hiring a Technical Support Representative to deliver hands-on help desk and software support for internal and external customers, troubleshoot SaaS applications, and manage tickets and phone interactions.

Responsibilities
Provide timely help desk and software support to internal and external customers via ticketing systems and phone
Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues across the technology stack
Analyze logs, reproduce issues, and document root causes and resolutions
Collaborate with team members using the intelligent swarming model to resolve complex problems
Configure new systems and execute upgrades for on‑premises deployments
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the support lifecycle
Contribute to knowledge base articles, runbooks, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Provide timely help desk and software support to internal and external customers via ticketing systems and phone

Familiar with MS Azure hosting concepts

Familiar with virtual machines and server administration
Familiar with networking fundamentals
Familiar with scripting basics
