Responsibilities

Configuring and optimizing HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, or SuccessFactors to support payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee lifecycle workflows
Designing and troubleshooting system integrations using APIs, middleware (Boomi, Mulesoft), or flat file transfers to ensure clean data flow across payroll, ATS, and finance systems
Auditing HR data structures, security roles, and reporting frameworks to improve compliance, accuracy, and executive decision-making
Supporting system implementations, upgrades, and migrations while documenting best practices and change management procedures
Building custom dashboards and workforce analytics using native reporting tools or BI systems like Power BI or Tableau

Required
