New Grad, Entry LevelDay Kimball Health is hiring for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance Department. As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for compiling and reviewing accounts payable documentation, preparing special manual checks, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records and reports.

Responsibilities
Prepares and reviews accounts payable documents for processing
Codes when necessary and inputs accounts payable documents
Matches Invoices to purchase orders in Siemen’s system
Resolves any discrepancies with Materials Management
Reviews and balances check runs
AP entry and check processing for hospital, medical group, capital projects and capital equipment
Prepares wires for Cardinal Health and Cardinal Pharmacy weekly
Prepares ACH batches for vendors paid by ACH monthly
Petty Cash distribution and reconciliation
Responds to correspondence, internal and external
Coordinator for annual hospital AP of approx. $52 million and $3.5 million for Medical Group
Qualification
Required
High School diploma is required
Experience with accounts payable processing required
Able to utilize computer for word processing and computer spreadsheet software, must have data entry skills on main frame terminals and PC software
Perform work that is routine and have good attention to detail and ability to analyze data and detect errors is required
Ability to properly and consistently apply accounting policies as related to A/P preparation
Previous experience on computer based accounts payable system
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, mainframe system entry
