Responsibilities
Provide technical project execution support serving as a technical integrator and execution enabler across multiple concurrent efforts
Lead and shape a high-performing technical integration team supporting crypto, fiber, and system integration efforts
Serve as the technical authority and mentor for technicians, enabling independent, high-quality execution
Influence process improvement, policy implementation, and operational excellence across integration activities
Play a key role in workforce development, from hiring and training to performance management
Support task order execution by providing technical coordination, requirements interpretation, and execution support across multiple projects
Schedule, task, train, and provide day-to-day direction for all Crypto, Fiber, and Integration personnel
Provide technical expertise and real-time, hands-on problem solving to technicians and Program Managers
Train technicians on proper build techniques, drawing interpretation, and independent work execution
Lead workforce management activities including JR creation, interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, and quarterly performance touchpoints
Review, edit, and implement policies and procedures; manage Crypto Frame efforts, iPad redaction activities, and CACI Works initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an aerospace-related technical and/or business discipline
Proven experience leading technical teams in crypto, fiber, or systems integration environments
Strong working knowledge of technical drawings, build standards, and integration best practices
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop technicians to operate independently
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Active Secret Security Clearance
Preferred
Prior experience managing classified or secure integration efforts
Experience in production Quality Assurance, including inspection, compliance, and process adherence
Experience working in DoD, government, or other highly regulated technical environments
