Responsibilities
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level operations professionals
Conduct both internal and external candidate sourcing and recruitment activities
Collaborate with engineering, safety, supply chain, mechanics, delivery, and operations management teams
Deliver on key recruitment metrics and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Maintain productivity standards while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical operations roles across North America
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7-8 years of professional recruitment experience
Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-velocity environments
Strong track record of delivering key metrics and driving measurable results
Research and sourcing capabilities for identifying top talent
Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated commitment to hiring and developing the best talent
Bias for action with ability to make timely decisions
Results-oriented mindset with focus on delivery
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Previous experience with recruitment agencies preferred
Minimum 3 years of agency recruiting experience highly valued
History of tenure stability with at least 2 years in previous positions
Experience recruiting for operations, engineering, or technical roles preferred
