Manager, Security Operations Support Services

The Manager, Security Operations Support Services is responsible for providing leadership and support to local security operations, ensuring continuity of critical functions, and facilitating communication with the Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC).

Responsibilities
Collaborate with System Administrators and Tech Ops Coordinators to support processes to issue, update, deactivate, audit, and reconcile badges and access rights in accordance with policy
Collaborate with System Administrators and Tech Ops Coordinators to support processes to maintain access records, assist with permissions management, and generate compliance reports
Oversee contractor/visitor badge workflows and ensure proper authorization
Collaborate with system administrators & tech coordinator teams for project support
Collaborate with System Administrators and Tech Ops Coordinators to support processes to coordinate routine video system health checks and ensure camera availability
Collaborate with System Administrators and Tech Ops Coordinators to support processes to support audit activities and retrieval of permitted footage
Collaborate with System Administrators and Tech Ops Coordinators to support processes to document system issues, track remediation, and report to stakeholders
Collaborate with System Administrators and Tech Ops Coordinators to support processes to monitor access control panels, door hardware, and system dashboards for anomalies
Collaborate with System Administrators and Tech Ops Coordinators to support processes to coordinate issue resolution with IT, facilities, and vendors, track status and SLAs
Collaborate with System Administrators and Tech Ops Coordinators to support processes to maintain system health documentation and change logs
Assist local BCI operations to track compliance documentation, logs, audit files, and records retention
Assist with site assessments, remediation tasks, and closure documentation
Provide organizational and administrative support to daily security operations and programs
Assist local management with incident management reporting platform processes (supporting troubleshooting, microlearning, quality control, access management)
Serve as local liaison for tasks transitioned from the ESOC
Facilitate communication between local operations leadership and the ESOC
Assist with the implementation of new workflows, system updates, and policy alignment
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Information Security, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Experience: 4-6 years in security operations support, access control administration, or IT/facilities coordination -- Experience supporting an enterprise SOC/ESOC environment is a plus
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Access control systems, badge workflows, and visitor management concepts
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Video surveillance systems and camera health monitoring
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Security system monitoring concepts and basic IT/Facilities coordination
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Records management, audit processes, and regulatory/compliance considerations (e.g., privacy, data retention)
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Strong organizational and process management capabilities
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Detail orientation with the ability to maintain accurate records and logs
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Effective cross-functional communication (IT, Facilities, Vendors, Leadership)
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Problem-solving and issue-tracking with demonstrated follow-through
Skills/Specialized Knowledge: Ability to interpret policies and translate into operational tasks
Preferred
IAHSS or ASIS certifications
Access Control Professional (CACP) or similar certifications
Facilities Management or IT Service Management certifications (e.g., ITIL foundation)
