Responsibilities
Develop and maintain KPIs and operational metrics for content utilization, field engagement, AI adoption, and insights generation
Perform data mining and analysis using internal and third-party healthcare data sources
Create and enhance dashboards and performance reports to track campaigns, user behavior, and key metrics
Conduct cross-channel analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Media, and Product teams to translate business goals into measurable analytics
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Solid understanding of KPI development and performance reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Healthcare Analytics, or related field
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of healthcare data sources such as IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare, or similar
Exposure to Python or R for data analysis
Understanding of Medical Affairs, product launches, or healthcare analytics
Familiarity with AI or advanced analytics concepts
