Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams on v0/v1 products through the product development process
Drive and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver sensor and camera sub-systems and cross functionally manage other internal team members
Manage internal algorithm and software development schedules, and are responsible for coordinating and planning engineering builds at the supplier(s) and driving the configuration management deliverables to ensure the timely release of assemblies to production
Lead adoption, deprecation and enhancement of mechanisms with high impact across the org
Prioritize well, communicate and articulate effectively in order to influence leadership direction on programs
Lead the cross-functional team efficiently, provide guidance and leadership to meet schedules, specifications and quality
Lead the core team through program milestones and critical one and two-way door decision points on programs
Manage many technical and program-level discussions with minimal engagement from subject matter experts
Drive modules to builds by working with our vendors and Hardware core teams to meet the System level build schedules
Drive technology direction with Science and Software teams for Software engagements
Run other cross-org mechanisms, and audit existing mechanisms, and mentor junior TPMs in the organization
Partner and interact with the core team which includes Engineering, GCM, Ops Engineering, SQM and Reliability team members to support the System core team device level builds at the Contract Manufacturers (CM)

Required

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience successfully shipping technology deliverables related to Camera Hardware or Software

Preferred

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
