Responsibilities
Capture and edit short-form video (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts)
Support longer-form video projects, interviews, training content, and brand storytelling
Assist with podcast-style production workflows (lighting, sound, editing)
Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Keep our brand voice and visuals sharp, modern, and consistent
Build and deploy recruiting-focused email marketing campaigns
Support direct mail recruiting initiatives with strong creative execution
Create recruiting collateral, templates, campaign graphics, and branded assets
Maintain high standards in layout, typography, and presentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Strong photography + video editing skills
Design instincts across both digital and print
Comfort with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, Descript, etc
Organized, self-directed, creative, and fast-moving
Excited by storytelling, culture-building, and brand growth
