Manager Marketing and Digital Analytics
Boost Mobile, part of EchoStar, is seeking an experienced manager to lead their Marketing and Digital Analytics team. This role focuses on optimizing acquisition strategies and collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing efficiency through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Lead, manage and mentor a team of marketing analysts, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the successful execution of analytics projects and initiatives; foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on driving business results
Oversee the analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing and display advertising; evaluate campaign performance, ROI and customer acquisition metrics
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (CLV); identify trends, patterns and opportunities for optimization
Analyze sales performance, product listings, pricing strategies and customer reviews on Amazon.com; identify opportunities for growth, optimization and competitive positioning on the platform
Collaborate with the data science team to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to inform marketing analytics strategies; incorporate predictive insights, customer segmentation and personalized targeting into marketing initiatives
Produce regular reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders; present findings in a clear and compelling manner to drive decision-making and action
Oversee A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns, landing pages and customer experiences; analyze test results and iterate on strategies based on performance feedback
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, marketing partners, product marketing and IT to align marketing analytics efforts with business objectives and priorities; collaborate on campaign planning, execution and optimization
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in marketing analytics, digital marketing and eCommerce; proactively seek out opportunities for innovation and experimentation to drive business growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
2+ years experience in a leadership role managing a team of marketing analysts
5+ years in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing and affiliate marketing
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, A/B testing methodologies and marketing attribution modeling
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) and Amazon Marketing Cloud is a plus
