Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Talent Sourcing: The use of job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and candidate availability
Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (UKG) and provide regular updates and metrics to HR leadership
Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and partnerships
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Success in hiring for a variety of roles
Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
