Handle loan applications from processing to closing
Gather and verify borrower financial information and documentation
Analyze financial data and creditworthiness to assess loan eligibility
Prepare loan packages for underwriting review
Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters
Ensure adherence to all company lending policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and complete loan files
Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in loan processing and/or lending a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to multi-task and manage deadlines effectively
A hustle mentality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
