Responsibilities
Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving for production and customer quality issues
Support continuous improvement projects (lean initiatives, waste reduction, process optimization)
Collect and analyze production and quality data to identify trends and opportunities
Help develop visual standards, documentation, and process improvements
Participate in quality audits and corrective actions
Support customers and suppliers with quality-related data and reporting
Assist with quality system documentation (PPAPs, Control Plans, Flow Charts, Standard Work, etc.)
Perform basic inspections and measurements using quality tools and gages
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and operations teams
Present a final improvement project and key learnings to leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
