Responsibilities
Design polished, cohesive learning experiences aligned with accessibility, UX, and visual design best practices
Apply human-centered design principles, empathy mapping, and learner personas to deeply understand needs
Apply visual design principles (color, typography, layout) to create engaging, branded experiences
Use iterative design and rapid prototyping to clarify requirements and adapt solutions
Lead design aspects of complex projects and mentor other designers
Demonstrate expertise in tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS/LXP systems
Partner with Portfolio Managers and stakeholders to ensure design execution aligns with strategy and objectives
Actively engage in feedback-rich environments and present solutions with clarity and confidence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing modern, technology-enabled learning experiences with strong visual design aesthetics
Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and cognitive science
Expertise in authoring tools and platforms (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, LMS/LXP systems)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions
Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present confidently
Portfolio required showcasing visually compelling learning experiences and creative design solutions
Preferred
Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and data-driven design approaches
Basic knowledge of JavaScript / Articulate Storyline JavaScript API - knowledge of SCORM, AICC, xAPI standards
