The role involves managing system configurations, troubleshooting applications, and ensuring operational efficiency while adhering to security and change control standards.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, administer, and upgrade Informatica PowerCenter
Manage batch scheduling using Control-M
Troubleshoot Java applications on AWS
Support JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, Fuse (RedHat)
Perform log analysis using Splunk
Manage SSL certificates and PGP keys
Automate builds/deployments using Jenkins
Support PostgreSQL databases and SQL troubleshooting
Handle incidents and change management via JIRA Service Desk
Perform patching, performance tuning, backups, and capacity planning
Follow strict security, change control, and PMO standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years with Informatica PowerCenter
3+ years using Control-M (or equivalent batch tools)
2+ years with PostgreSQL (or equivalent databases)
Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or health & human services
Strong production support and system troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working in on-call/rotation environments
Preferred
5+ years supporting enterprise production systems
AWS experience with JBoss/Tomcat
Java runtime knowledge (heap, GC, thread dumps)
EDI experience
Familiarity with PMO processes
