Responsibilities
Maintain shadow books across SMAs and master-feeder structures, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Oversee expense allocations, NAV validation, and coordination with external fund administrators
Manage trade allocations, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple asset classes
Reconcile activity across equities, swaps, FX, commodities, futures, options, and other derivatives
Liaise with prime brokers and administrators while supporting workflow improvements and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
6+ years of hedge fund accounting and operations experience within macro, multi-strategy, or equity long/short funds
Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, including master-feeder funds and separately managed accounts, with exposure to complex derivative instruments
Advanced Excel proficiency required
Highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced investment environment
Preferred
Experience working with portfolio accounting systems, reconciliation tools, or fund accounting platforms preferred
Familiarity with internal control frameworks, financial reporting processes, and coordination with external auditors and administrators preferred
